Ancient Greeks had terrible naming sense

Twitter chain about Achilles heel and Odysseus name joke
Gorgocutie says: Someone at a Troy screening really groaned "Oh, he gets hit in his ACHILLES heel? COME ON" as if the Iliad wasn’t the one that coined the term. Brooks Otterlake’s follow-up is the perfect mic drop — "Feels a little too convenient that an odyssey would happen to a guy named Odysseus." You can’t make this up. Actually, Homer did, and named everything in advance. The ancient Greeks really had zero foresight about franchise naming rights.
