On this day, February 18, of 1883 #Greek writer Nikos Kazantzakis was born. The legend of modern Greek literature, was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature 9 times. Kazantzakis’ novels included ‘Zorba the Greek’, ‘Christ Recrucified’, ‘Captain Michalis’, and the controversial ‘The Last Temptation of Christ’.
